With just days before his first and most likely the only debate against Kamala Harris, Donald Trump posted a warning on his social media site, threatening to prosecute those “involved in unscrupulous behavior” in this election if he wins.
He stated, “When I win, those people that cheated will be prosecuted…with long-term prison sentences.”
Trump claims the election will be under intense scrutiny and extended the threat to lawyers, political operatives, donors, illegal voters, and corrupt election officials.
This is the latest in a series of statements where Trump has threatened to use the presidency for retribution if he secures a second term.

Despite his ongoing claims, there is no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election, which courts and officials confirmed was fair.
Trump also announced he would establish a government efficiency commission, led by billionaire Elon Musk, if he wins the November 5 election. He made the statement while outlining his economic vision at the New York Economic Club.
Additionally, Trump warned that American universities promoting what he described as “antisemitic propaganda” could face losing accreditation and federal funding under his administration.
